Stockholms tingsrätt har den 2 juli 2022 beslutat att bevakningsförfarande ska äga rum i Thomas Cook Northern Europe Aktiebolag, 556041-9862, i konkurs.
Ni måste bevaka er fordran skriftligen hos tingsrätten senast den 22 augusti 2022. Detta gäller oavsett om ni tidigare bevakat er fordran hos Ackordscentralen. Handlingar som stödjer fordringen ska sändas in, helst i PDF-format, till tingsrätten på följande emailadress:

Utdelningsprognos
Thomas Cook Northern Europe Aktiebolags konkurs är mycket omfattande. Förfarandet kommer att ta mycket tid i anspråk och vi ber er ha överseende med detta.
Den utdelning som belöper på varje fordran kan inte fastställas förrän i det absoluta slutskedet av konkursförfarandet. Vid denna tidpunkt kommer samtliga borgenärer som bevakat sin fordran i konkursen att informeras om utfallet.

Lodge proof of claim
On the 2 July, 2022, the District Court of Stockholm ordered that a proof of debt procedure shall be commenced in the bankrutpcy of Thomas Cook Northern Europe Aktiebolag reg. no. 556041-9862.
A party wishing to lodge proof of his/hers claim in the bankruptcy must do so in writing to the District Court by the 22th of August, 2022, at the latest.
This applies regardless of whether the party previously has lodge proof of claim to Ackordscentralen. The proof of claim along with documents that may support the party’s claim shall be submitted to the District Court – preferrable in PDF format - at the following emailaddress:

Forecast of the dividend
The bankruptcy of Thomas Cook Northern Europe Aktiebolag is very extensive. The proof of debt procedure will be ongoing for a long time and we ask for your understanding in this regard.
The size of dividend can not be established until the very last thing in the bankruptcy procedure. At this time all creditors having lodged proof of claim will be informed of the outcome.
