Updated Information to the creditors

It has been assessed that non-preferential claims (i.e. claims without priority rights) may be expected to receive a distribution in the bankruptcy. As a consequence, we will request that the Gothenburg District Court decide that a formal proof of debt procedure shall take place. Once the District Court has made such a decision, all creditors will receive information from the District Court setting out the requirements to be observed in order to file proof of claim, as well as the time limit within which such filing must be made.

Once the District Court has decided to initiate the proof of debt procedure, updated information will also be published on this page.
